A Quiet Place fans have plenty to be excited about ahead of A Quiet Place: Part III, as new cast members joining the film have now been confirmed, reported by ScreenRant.
Already confirmed to be returning to the franchise is Emily Blunt as Evelyn, Millicent Simmonds as Regan, Noah Jupe as Marcus and Cillian Murphy as Emmett, but it’s now been confirmed by DiscussingFilm on X that Jack O’Connell (Sinners, 28 Years Later), Katy O’Brian (The Running Man, Love Lies Bleeding), and Jason Clarke (Pet Sematary, A House of Dynamite) will be joining the cast.
John Krasinski is set to direct this installment, same as the first two movies. The third film is seen as a trilogy closer.
A Quiet Place: Part III will continue the Abbott family’s fight for survival in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by deadly aliens that hunt using sound, meaning even the slightest noise could get you killed. The film is expected to pick up where the second installment left off, with the characters reaching a seemingly safe island community, setting the stage for more tension-filled and eerily silent moments.
Thus far, three films deep, the franchise has grossed over $900million from its $145million cumulative budgets. Michael Sarnoski (Pig) directed A Quiet Place: Day One, released in 2024. The first film, released in 2018, grossed over $341million alone from its tiny $17million budget.
A Quiet Place: Part III is scheduled for release on July 30th, 2027.
