Liverpool will have to overcome a 1-0 first-leg deficit if they want to edge past Galatasaray and into the Champions League quarter-finals tonight.

The Turkish side have won both of their two previous meetings this season, although both were staged in Istanbul. There will be no Gala fans at Anfield tonight due to previous instances of disorder.

Liverpool come into the game on the back of a disappointing 1-1 draw at home to Tottenham on Sunday.

Gala have won their last five games in all competitions with the weekend victory over Istanbul Basaksehir moving them seven points clear at the summit and within touching distance of their fourth successive Super Lig title.
