Last night was the premiere of Kristoffer Borgli’s newest film, The Drama, starring Zendaya and Robert Pattinson. The dark rom-com explores modern relationships through the eyes of a soon-to-be-married couple, whose relationship is unexpectedly put to the test after a shocking revelation the week before their wedding.
True romance was in the air with Zendaya praising Tom Holland in the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day, joking with Deadline on the red carpet that while she may be biased, Tom is “so talented” and fans “will not be disappointed” by the new film. The actress shared her own excitement for the film, claiming, “It’s really wonderful.”
“Tom is so talented, and he’s so great. And he cares so much. I think people will not be disappointed,” she said.
Yesterday was a big day for Spider-Man fans after teaser clips dropped for the fourth film in the Tom-Holland-led franchise, and fans woke up to an even bigger surprise this morning with Sony and Marvel releasing the official trailer for the much-awaited film, which you can watch below!
Zendaya returns to her role as MJ, with Tom Holland and Jacob Batalon returning as Peter Parker and best friend Ned Leeds. Joining the cast are Jon Bernthal, Mark Ruffalo, and Sadie Sink in her MCU debut.
You can catch Zendaya on the big screen, leading up to Spider-Man in A24’s The Drama, hitting UK cinemas on April 3, and Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, set to release on July 17th.
