However, she is now addicted to working out and eating healthy. She has come out with her own protein popcorn and advertises being the best version of yourself. Khloe even helped other people lose weight on a show. She did not always look like this, though. This is what helps fans realize they can change, too. Khloe Kardashian has revealed a deep problem that left her disgusted with herself. When she was married to Lamar Odom, she would binge eat. This was not good for her, and she felt awful about it.
“When I was younger, I used to binge eat. I went to therapy about it. Any emotional thing I turned to food. And there was no stopping me. I would eat, eat, eat, literally get sick, then feel disgusted with myself for how much I ate, cuz you’re eating like pizza or fries. It’s horrible food,”
She revealed that she would then be sent into a “shame spiral” after eating. However, after therapy and divorce, she was able to break the cycle. Khloe admitted that Lamar was not the best to her, and this was because of his drug addiction. However, this made her binge eating worse.
It seems as though Khloe used to have a problem with binge eating. However, she has been able to overcome that and be the best version of herself. This was mainly a problem when she was married to Lamar Odom. However, she has gone to therapy and realized that she cannot do that anymore. Now, she works out and eats healthier. She feels best doing this.
