Written and directed by Zouvelos, Once a Week for Life leans into a raw, character-driven portrait of organized crime, threading together themes of corruption, addiction, and moral consequence against a distinctly New York backdrop. The film is set to debut on Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV on April 16, bringing it to a broader audience beyond the premiere circuit. And Zouvelos is already looking ahead. A sequel, Once a Week for Life 2, is currently in development, suggesting plans to grow the story into a continuing franchise built around the same gritty world introduced in the first installment.
