Why Alyssa Farah Griffin Resigned From White House
Alyssa Farah Griffin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Policy. She joined President Trump’s administration in 2017. She had several communication roles during her time in the White House, including White House Strategic Communications Director, Press Secretary to Vice President Mike Pence, and Press Secretary for the Department of Defense.
However, she resigned and left her position in 2020. She said at the time that the administration’s attempt to overturn the 2020 election results led to her departure. She joined The View in 2022.

However, Alyssa Farah Griffin is the only one with inside knowledge of what happens in the White House. She recently returned to The View after welcoming her first child in February. One of her first stops was the show’s Behind the Table podcast.
Since she wasn’t on the talk show when it all went down in real time, she shared her belated thoughts on the U.S. going to war with Iran and the country’s regime change. “I celebrate that the ayatollah is dead. He deserved to be taken out the way that he was,” she said about the bombing.
However, she said the killing is the “easy” part. The hard part is figuring out what happens next and what the fallout is. Alyssa Farah Griffin shared the secret that the Trump administration – and likely every U.S. President – has plans to take out another world leader at any given time.
“Having worked at the Department of Defense — and this isn’t anything I’m not supposed to say — I can tell you, the U.S. has plans to take out any bad guy in the world. We could take out Putin and in fact it would not be that difficult. Name anyone on the planet,” she claimed.
She continued, “But, the question becomes what we’d call the second or third world order effects of that. What does it lead to? Who replaces them? Is there a natural uprising with the people? Is it somebody who’s just as bad, if not worse?”
Alyssa Farah Griffin shared her belief that the son of the ayatollah is as dangerous as his father was. Multiple outlets reached out to the White House for a response on her claims.
