Unexpected has taken an “unexpected” turn as Hunter Johnson’s father, Casey, has filed for custody of his son and grandson. He believes that Hunter’s mom, Stacie, and his girlfriend, Bella Vaughn’s parents, have created an “unstable and unwholesome environment.” Casey has also laid out years of instability regarding Stacie, yet some do not believe anything he says. Now, the proof that he filed has been released, and it shows he means business.
Hunter’s Father Is Done With The Vaughns
On Unexpected, Hunter Johnson’s father is made out to be a deadbeat dad who stands up his son. There was an incident when Hunter was on his way to see Casey Johnson, and he was told his dad was not going to make it. After that, Hunter shut down and hid out, seemingly from betrayal and heartbreak. It came out that Casey constantly let him down, and the hope was that Hunter would be a far better father to his son. However, that was not exactly the case, as Casey presented a timeline of raising Hunter.
Hunter went on social media to dispute his father’s claims, making Casey out to be the problem. He claimed that Bella’s mother, Falen, is like family to him. Finally, he does not want to live with Casey, maybe because he wants to enforce rules. Allegedly, Bella stated that the filings and paperwork were fake and did not exist. Now, the papers are live, per the Crawford Circuit Court in Arkansas. It breaks down the official timeline of Casey’s alleged relationship with Hunter and what he is requesting.
Casey Johnson started a GoFundMe to help with legal fees, so some believed he was only after money. However, it seems clear that he just wants what is best for the Unexpected star. One follower stated that Casey simply needs to show a judge an episode of the show, and he would win by a landslide.

It is clear as day that Casey Johnson is serious and only wants what is best for his son and grandson. He did not even want Hunter Johnson on Unexpected.
