González was originally a contestant on The Real World: Las Vegas. She later appeared on multiple seasons of The Challenge, including Free Agents, Double Agents, and Ride or Dies.
Meanwhile, Johnny Devenanzio, better known as “Johnny Bananas,” previously appeared on The Real World: Key West. He has also appeared on seasons of The Challenge, notably winning Rivals, Battle of the Exes, Free Agents, The Ruins, and The Island. In addition, he also served as a host on NBC’s 1st Look.
Recently, a few Instagram shares have a few fans wondering if the two could be more than friends. In one recent share, a video of the two could be seen on a boat together in Maya Bay, Thailand, as Bananas played the guitar.
In a caption, Nany herself teased, “Ride or die? We prefer *Banany*” The post also got a few reactions from other cast members from The Challenge. Kyle Christie notably teased, “You guys back together? Congrats, can’t wait for the wedding, I can finally be maid of honor.”
Fans Have Been Sharing Their Own Reactions On Social Media
In another joint post, the two could be seen looking at the islands with their backs turned to the camera. Nany captioned the share, “Too cool of a photo not to post.”
On social media, fans debated what this could mean for the two at large. Some hoped that this could develop into something.
Others felt some fans were reading too much into things and should respect the two’s friendship. A few really weren’t sure what to make of things, but were just happy seeing the two cast members enjoy themselves. Some comments included:
