The GT chase never found its rhythm, losing Sai Sudharsan to Jasprit Bumrah on the very first ball of the innings. When Jos Buttler fell for 5 to Pandya, the pressure became insurmountable.

    While Washington Sundar showed some resistance with a 17-ball 26, the middle and lower order fell like a house of cards against Ashwani.
