Barcelona and Celta Vigo have confirmed their starting teams for their La Liga meeting at Camp Nou on Wednesday.

The hosts are playing for the first time since their Champions League quarter-final exit to Atletico Madrid and start six points clear of second-placed Real Madrid with a match in hand in the Spanish top flight.

Seventh last season, sixth-placed Celta Vigo are two points behind Real Betis in fifth but have lost four of their last five matches in all competitions.

101GreatGoals.com has the line-up news from Barcelona vs Celta Vigo in the 2025/26 La Liga, as well as details on how to watch.

Barcelona confirmed starting team vs Celta Vigo

Barcelona make one change from their 2-1 win at Atleti on April 14, bringing in Pau Cubarsi for Fermin Lopez, who has been training in a protective face mask after requiring stitches to an injury.

Defender Andreas Christensen (knee) and Raphinha (hamstring) are sidelined.

Frenkie de Jong remains on the bench following his return to fitness and fellow midfielder Marc Bernal is still out with a left-ankle sprain.

Barcelona starting XI: Joan Garcia; Kounde, Cubarsi, Martin, Cancelo; Pedri, Eric Garcia; Yamal, Olmo, Gavi; Torres

Barcelona substitutes: Balde, Araujo, Lewandowski, Rashford, Fermin, Casado, Bardghji, De Jong, Szczesny, Kochen, Espart, Tommy

Celta Vigo full line up vs Barcelona

Celta Vigo make three changes from their 3-1 home defeat to Freiburg in the Europa League, bringing in Hugo Alvarez, Pablo Duran and Sergio Carreira for Borja Iglesias, Oscar Mingueza and Matias Vecino.

Sweden centre-back Carl Starfelt will miss a sixth straight game. “We’re worried,” said coach Claudio Giraldez, via AS.

“It’s not ideal; he’s not recovering well from the injury. He’s not training with the group at all. His back is bothering him.

“We’re taking it day by day, seeing how he is, and hopefully he can be back as soon as possible. He’s the one who’s most worried.”

Javi Rodriguez is fit to play as part of a back three, but winger Hugo Alvarez (ankle), wideman Mihailo Ristic (muscle) and midfielder Miguel Roman (foot) are injured.

Celta Vigo starting XI: Radu; Rodriguez, Lago, Alonso; Rueda, Lopez, Moriba, Carreira; Duran, Jutgla, Alvarez.

Celta Vigo substitutes: Aidoo, Antanon, Aspas, El Abdellaoui, Fernandez, Iglesias, Mingueza, Nunez, Sotelo, Swedberg, Vecino, Villar.
