Kyle Richards & Mauricio Umansky Were Married For Nearly 30 Years
RHOBH viewers watched Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky seemingly adore each other. She was always by his side for big events, even supporting his decision to move on from his brother-in-law’s real estate business. He went to open The Agency and has been a massive success, and Kyle, along with their daughters, has been right by his side. Cheating rumors have followed Mauricio, but the couple constantly debunked them. Then, it was alleged that Kyle was having an affair with country singer Morgan Wade.
In July 2023, Kyle and Mauricio announced their separation and saw other people. Many wondered if they would file for divorce, and when they didn’t, and if they would reconcile. Now, as it turns out, the couple never legally filed for separation, as Kyle revealed on The Bossticks podcast. The RHOBH OG noted that she and the real estate mogul are “not legally separated.” This is somewhat of a shock given that she often chimed in regarding co-star Dorit Kemsley’s split from husband, Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley. However, no one knew that Kyle and Mauricio were not even close to anything legal.
Kyle Richards does seem firm that they will make a decision one way or the other:
“Every separation is different. Every divorce is different. Every relationship is different. And, you know, this is just working for us so far. And I say so far because obviously we’re not going to stay in this gray area.”
Viewers do not believe that Kyle and Mauricio will ever divorce and that this is just a long, drawn-out storyline. Yet, it can only go so far before fans get tired, and that seems to be the case.

At this point, it seems that RHOBH fans are done with Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky. She feels content talking about her co-stars and their relationship issues. However, she is vague when it comes to her life and is not ready to be open about what she is doing. They also believe that, in the end, Kyle and Mauricio will never file for divorce and grow old together. She has had a pretty amicable experience with him as opposed to Dorit and PK. Therefore, she has no idea what it’s like to feel such financial stress or have custody battles with Mauricio.
