Her life completely changed in 2009 while filming the Lifetime movie Northern Lights. She was photographed looking cozy with her co-star, Eddie Cibrian. They were both married to other people at the time. However, they divorced their respective spouses and tied the knot a few years later. The scandal seriously hurt her career and caused some of her health issues.

She recently made headlines after posting an excruciating procedure to reduce stress. The singer has struggled with dental issues in recent years. A dental bridge flew out of her mouth during a concert in 2025. However, she didn’t let the embarrassing mishap stop her from touring.

“Blue” Singer Cancels Tour Amid ‘Severe Illness’
This year marks the 30th anniversary of LeAnn Rimes’ breakout song, “Blue.” She planned a tour this summer to celebrate the huge milestone. It’s the perfect time to tour while she’s on break from filming 9-1-1: Nashville. The 9-1-1 spinoff was renewed for Season 2.
LeAnn Rimes took to Instagram on Wednesday to share bad news with fans. She was forced to cancel several tour dates due to a “severe illness” that left her unable to travel.
She wrote that she was “truly heartbroken” to cancel the tour dates in Spokane and Seattle, both in Washington. Both dates were rescheduled for a later date, but refunds will be offered to those who can’t make the new dates.

LeAnn Rimes didn’t share the details of her illness. However, she’s still recovering from the jaw procedure. She thanked her fans for understanding and supporting her during her illness. “I look forward to being back on stage and seeing you very soon,” she wrote.
The other dates on the “30 Years of Blue” tour weren’t affected by the illness. Stay tuned for updates on her recovery.
