Days after his arrest, his wife Kendra landed behind bars, too. They were both charged in a separate case involving child endangerment and false imprisonment involving their four young children.
Kendra Duggar was released on bond hours after her arrest. Her husband was kept in jail in Arkansas until he was extradited to Florida to face the molestation charges. He paid the bond and returned home.
Joseph and Kendra Duggar were barred from contacting or seeing their four children after their arrest. However, the order was lifted this week. They both pleaded not guilty to the charges involving their children. Their court date was pushed back to August.
