It seems as though they want fans to stop surrounding the filming areas. This is leaking scenes and making the cast and crew get out of their zone. So, for the best product possible, they ask fans to stay away. They are asking this for the safety and comfort of the actors. Now, fans just need to listen so that the movie can be done in the proper way.
