Manchester City’s win over Brentford yesterday ramped up the pressure on the Gunners, who eased into the Champions League final in midweek after beating Atletico Madrid.
Mikel Arteta’s men remain on course for the double but won’t expect an easy ride at the London Stadium against a West Ham side fighting for their lives at the other end of the table.
The Hammers started the day in the relegation zone, a point behind Tottenham who host Leeds tomorrow night.
