Jenna Bush Hager Reveals Daughter’s Harsh Feedback Of Major Interview
One of the things that bonds Today hosts Jenna Bush Hager and her co-host, Sheinelle Jones, is motherhood. They both have three children. Sheinelle Jones has twins who are the same age as Jenna Bush Hager’s oldest daughter. She also has a 16-year-old son.
Jenna Bush Hager recently landed a huge interview. Shortly after interviewing four former U.S. Presidents, she sat down with Queen Camilla. In addition to her interview, she also introduced the Queen at an event at the New York Public Library.
The monumental occasion involved preparing the speech beforehand. Her daughter, Mila, 13, overheard the speech when her mom was practicing and had some harsh feedback.

“You’re talking too much about yourself,” the teenager bluntly told her mother. She also suggested that the Today host try another hairstyle. Jenna Bush Hager revealed that she was up at 4 in the morning the day of the speech, revising it. The revisions earned her daughter’s seal of approval. She texted “Proud of Y” to her mom after the event.
Today Host Confesses Kids’ Offensive Nickname For Her
Raising kids, especially teenagers, isn’t for the weak. Many parents these days are used to being called “Bro” or “Bruh” by their kids. However, Jenna Bush Hager’s three children adopted a more offensive nickname for her.
“My children have brought home a term that I wish they’d left at the old door. They call me Biggie. They’re like, ‘Okay, Biggie!’ And I’m like, ‘Excuse me?’ They’re like, ‘Whatever, Biggie!’” she told Sheinelle Jones on Wednesday’s episode.
The Today host continued, “You know what it stems from? The root word is ‘Big Back.’ The root word is Big Back and she has simplified it just to Biggie. Part of me at first found it to be… I like humor in words, so I was like, ‘Oh, that’s creative.’ But I’m like, ‘Stop calling everybody Biggie. It’s gonna spread.’”
The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines the slang term “big back” to mean “refers to a large body, especially of a person, either because they are muscular from working out or plump/round/full-figured.”
Jenna Bush Hager revealed that she told her oldest daughter to stop using it so that her son, 6, would stop repeating it. She envisioned him using it at school one day. For now, it seems the “Biggie” nickname is reserved only for the Hager household.
