Nourish, a metabolic health clinic, announced Tuesday that it raised $100 million in Series C funding, which will help grow its clinical network.
New York City-based Nourish has more than 10,000 registered dietitians on its platform. It connects patients with a chronic condition with a dietitian, who they meet with virtually. They receive a care plan that may include lab testing, GLP-1 prescribing and medication management. Patients also have an AI health agent that helps coordinate care and supports behavior change.
The Series C round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak and Operator Partners. In total, Nourish has raised $215 million.

What Nourish has built in four years is remarkable: a care model that actually bends the cost curve, with 10,000 dietitians, deep payer relationships, and clinical outcomes patients stick with,” said J.P. Sanday, partner at Menlo Ventures, in a statement. “Most companies get one of those things right. Nourish has all of them. We’re proud to lead this round.”
With the financing, Nourish will expand its clinical network, invest in AI agents and grow its metabolic clinic care model, according to Aidan Dewar, co-founder and CEO of Nourish. It will also deepen partnerships with health plans, health systems, employers and providers.
The funding announcement comes as almost 200 million Americans battle nutrition-related chronic conditions. And about 90% of the country’s $4.9 trillion in annual healthcare expenditures are for people with chronic and mental health conditions, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
“Chronic disease is the largest cost driver in U.S. healthcare, putting growing pressure on payers and providers to find solutions that actually improve long-term outcomes,” Dewar said. “At the same time, GLP-1s have accelerated demand for metabolic care, but medication alone is not enough for lasting results. There is growing recognition that sustainable behavior and lifestyle change, personalized nutrition support, and longitudinal care need to be the foundation of how chronic disease is treated.”
Ultimately, Nourish aims to reverse chronic disease at scale, Dewar added.
“That means great clinicians and AI working together to deliver personalized metabolic care that is accessible, affordable, and effective in moving outcomes and lowering costs,” Dewar said. “Long term, we want to deliver the best outcomes at the lowest cost and best patient experience and have Nourish be the default place people turn for chronic disease prevention and treatment.”
Several other companies also offer metabolic health support, including Virta Health and Fay.
