Ousmane Dembele is confident he will be 100 per cent fit for the Champions League final between Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal.
PSG will aim to successfully defend their European crown when they face the Gunners in Budapest a week on Saturday.
The Ligue 1 champions are the clear favourites against the newly crowned Premier League winners, though Dembele provided a worrying sight for PSG fans when he was forced off after 27 minutes as they rounded off their league campaign with a 2-1 defeat to neighbours Paris FC.
However, Dembele moved to assuage concerns telling RMC Sport: “I’m doing very well. I had a slight scare against Paris FC, but I’m fine and I’ll be ready for the final.
“Will I be 100 per cent for the final? Yes, yes, I think so, yes, I’ll be ready. I have no doubt about it, I hope to be on the pitch on May 30.
“I’ve had so many minor scares or major injuries in my career. Whether here at PSG or even before, especially with the big matches coming up, especially this final, I preferred to stop and above all not take any risks.”
The reigning Ballon d’Or winner scored 33 goals and provided 13 assists last season as PSG won the treble, securing their first Champions League crown with a 5-0 demolition of Inter Milan.
His output this term has been more modest, with Dembele scoring 19 goals and laying on 11 assists.
