Kylie Kelce is not gonna lie about one insecurity she’s dealt with after her pregnancies.
“I had my belly button pierced,” Kelce, 34, said during the Tuesday, June 2, episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast. “It stretched out with the rest of my belly while I was making human beings and then it never went back. It is truly something that bothers me so much.”
Kylie, who shares four daughters with husband Jason Kelce, added that she tries to remind herself that her “body has made four human beings.”
“You have to give yourself grace. You must,” she continued. “We talked about this so many times and I’ll say it until the end of time: It sucks dressing yourself after you give birth. It is hard to look at your body that does not look like your body that you have lived with your whole life. It is changed in a way that is permanent, and now you have to figure out how to dress it not only in regular clothing, but also in bathing suits. That sucks. We can all just be like, ‘Hey, this sucks.’”
Kyle then reminded listeners that everyone is their own biggest critic.
“When you are going on vacation, out to a beach, to the pool, the person who is the most concerned about what you look like in your bathing suit is you,” she said. “Other people are not going to be highly bothered by your bathing suit or how you look in it. They’re also not going to be nearly as critical.”
Kylie concluded, “My point is that we need to be more gentle on ourselves and not let bathing suits be the thing that hold us back from enjoying our summer activities. Promise?”
Kylie and Jason, 38, tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed daughter Wyatt the following year. The couple went on to add three more girls to the family: Elliotte “Ellie” in 2021, Bennett “Benny” in 2023 and Finnley ”Finn” in 2025.

Kylie has been candid about her postpartum journey following Finn’s birth, sharing her honest feelings about postpartum sex, bodily changes and more. Back in February, the mom of four shared her plans to get a breast augmentation.
“Really, my plan is, we’re gonna end up doing this,” she said on her podcast. “To be clear, there is a rough plan that eventually I will put my boobs back where they belong. Because four kids. That’s all I have to say about that.”
More recently, Kylie emphasized that she has no interest in posing in bikinis for Sports Illustrated Swim any time soon despite fans often requesting that she appear on the magazine’s cover.
“I think it goes without saying that if I don’t like having my photo taken clothed, I’m probably not gonna like my photo taken naked,” she said on her podcast last month. “You know what I mean? … I do not want to be in my bathing suit on SI Swimsuit. Big fan of the magazine though. Love it for other women. You guys are f***ing crushing it. You guys look hot and powerful and strong, and I’m good. Don’t call us. Don’t email. Don’t inquire. Don’t waste your time.”
