At long last, Instagram now allows you to reorder posts on your grid.
As Instagram boss Adam Mosseri confirmed to USA Today, the feature has rolled out worldwide to all users. With this feature, you can re-arrange the posts on your profile in any order you desire, regardless of when they were made. By default, they’re displayed in a reverse-chronological order, and the only rearrangements you could make were to pinning up to three posts at the top of your grid.
To re-order your grid, press and hold any of your posts to bring up a menu. From there, you can select the new “Reorder grid” option.
This has been a highly-requested feature for a while now, and Instagram had confirmed it was on the way a year ago. “We know this is long overdue, but we wanted to take the time to get it right,” Mosseri told USA Today.
