The Canadian Senior Men’s National Flag Football Team has added Jackson Tachinski to its roster following his release from the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
The six-foot-four, 215-pounder recently attended training camp with the Blue Bombers as a receiver, a position change he started last year with the Edmonton Elks. He was targeted once during the preseason but was let go amid final roster cuts.
The Winnipeg native was a three-year starter at quarterback for the University of Manitoba Bisons, throwing for 6,190 yards, 36 touchdowns, and 21 interceptions. He also rushed 271 times for 1,867 yards and 28 scores.

The 24-year-old participated in Football Canada’s selection camp held just prior to Blue Bombers training camp at Princess Auto Stadium in Winnipeg.
The Canadian Senior Men’s National Flag Football Team recently set a 16-man roster for their upcoming training camp in Chula Vista, Calif. scheduled for June 13 to 21.
