As well, ACTA is offering an alternative pathway to certification through its Equivalency Conversion Program, allowing experienced travel professionals to obtain the Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC) or Certified Travel Manager (CTM) designation based on their industry experience and qualifications.

ACTA is also developing a new certification pathway specifically for travel professionals with more than 10 years of industry experience. Further details will be announced in the coming weeks.

ACTA is excited to introduce new CTC and CTM designation pins for 2026.
These pins proudly recognize the accomplishments and professionalism of certified travel professionals across Canada.
New pins will be mailed to current CTC and CTM holders in the coming weeks, providing a visible symbol of their dedication to ongoing professional development and industry excellence.
