Furthermore, he claimed Victoria Lee Robinson came into the room later and physically assaulted him.
But the newly-released video tells a different story. The grainy footage shows Tom Sandoval, Victoria Lee Robinson, and her dad in a heated confrontation outside the home. Tom Sandoval appears to rush toward his girlfriend, prompting her father to grab him around the waist.
