There’s been a lot going on in the Giudice family. After Milania Giudice got arrested for possibly attacking a family member, Gia Giudice is stepping in to praise their stepdad. Keep reading to find out what she has to say.
Milania Giudice Gets Arrested
Earlier this summer, Milania Giudice shocked fans when she was placed under arrest for simple assault and purposely/ knowingly causing a bodily injury. As previously reported, she has since found a high-profile lawyer to take the case. Apparently, Milania’s hot temper got the best of her, and one of her sisters reportedly had to call the police.
“There was an explosive fight in the house where things escalated. There was so much going on that her sister ended up pulling the trigger to call the cops on her. It was out of fear for people’s safety and for the fact that Milania was going at multiple people,” a source says.
There still haven’t been too many details revealed to the public. However, one thing is for sure: Milania’s sister is ready to defend their stepdad.
Gia Giudice Defends Step Dad
While drama swirls around the Giudice family, Gia is making one thing clear: her stepdad has been nothing but a positive influence on the family. This all started when it was said that the girls’ stepdad, Luis Ruelas, got hit when he tried to calm down Milania during her incident.
“He’s amazing. He’s such an amazing stepfather, because I know people have horror stepfather stories,” Gia says according to Reality Blurb.
She continues to explain that other girls aren’t always as lucky as she is.
“Some of my girlfriends … [have] had trouble with their stepdads. But he is the best person ever, like, treats us like his own.”
Joe Giudice, the girls’ birth father, returned to Italy in 2019 after pleading guilty to fraud.
While Luis has since stepped in, Gia says he never oversteps the father boundary.
“Yes, he’s not our dad, and he never will be. And he would never overstep that,” Gia explains. “Parenting [is hard] on my mom, how it’s affected her so much, because she’s doing it alone. And she wishes every day for [my dad Joe Giudice] to come back just to be here and help her parent and really be here physically instead of virtually.”
It sounds like Gia and Milania have a strong support system as they navigate this new legal situation they are in. Only time will tell what happens now that Milania has brought in a lawyer.
