In addition to hosting the award show, Druski also won the Pulse Award — which honors digital creators moving Black culture forward. The comedian rose to fame quickly by creating and sharing comedy videos online. Now, one of the biggest names in comedy is giving him praise.
Druski shared a text message he received from Rock on his Instagram Stories, and it credited the funny man with his comedy chops. Not only did Rock praise Druski’s performance, but he also claimed it was so good that he was now “officially retired.”
