Former Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval is the victim of alleged abuse and finally hit a breaking point. He had been living with his longtime girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, who was recently arrested. Unfortunately, there had been months of abuse from her and her father, Will. Ultimately, Sandoval could not take it any longer. Keep reading for more details on what has been revealed.
Tom Sandoval Was Done
In 2024, Tom Sandoval and Victoria Lee Robinson began their romance. He had just come off being with Ariana Madix for nearly a decade. Unfortunately, they hid their ups and downs from Vanderpump Rules fans, and he cheated more than once. The nail in the coffin was when he slept with her best friend, Rachel Leviss, and that led to ‘Scandoval.’ It was a very messy situation, but he and Rachel could not make it work. Ariana did move on with Daniel Wai, with VPR getting rebooted after one season of the cast trying to film together.
As for Sandoval, he worked on his band and began dating Victoria. However, they were constantly on and off. Then, on June 3rd, he and Victoria, as well as her father, Will, had a horrible fight. It appeared that Will had been thrown into a fire pit by Sandoval, and the police were called. Yet, Victoria was the one who was arrested. A TRO was requested, and Will has done the same. From the outside, Sandoval looks like the bad guy, pushing Will into the pit. Yet, an insider explained that Tom Sandoval has been experiencing abuse from the Robinsons for months:
“The reality is that he endured repeated abuse before finally reaching his breaking point. He also has extensive video evidence documenting what he experienced, and that evidence will be presented in court.”
As for the night by the fire pit, that is just one incident of many. Sandoval has allegedly been enduring so much from Will and Victoria, but has said and done nothing:
“It captures only a fraction of an incident that followed months of physical and psychological abuse by Victoria and her father.”

Allegedly, Tom Sandoval has never laid a hand on Victoria Lee Robinson. It is unclear what his past relationship is like with her father. Clearly, he did put his hands on him, as seen in the video. However, it appears that this may have been self-defense, at least from what the insider is saying.
Everything came to a head after too much alcohol, but fans and followers are questioning Sandoval, which they always have:

- He’s an abuser!
- Tom’s always been toxic and water finds its’ level, so there’s no question Victoria’d be toxic, too. It’s too bad they couldn’t make it work, because they both seem awful.
