Teddi Mellencamp recently celebrated her birthday, and the star had a few things to celebrate. The mother of three opened up to fans about what she has gone through over the past year. Following this, fans, as well as a few Bravo stars, wished her well.
Teddi Mellencamp Shared Throwback Photos With Fans
Teddi is the daughter of musician John Mellencamp. To many, she is best known for appearing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for three seasons as a full-time cast member, from 2017 to 2020. However, she has since occasionally made guest appearances on the show.
The star was diagnosed with melanoma that spread to her brain and lungs in 2025. She has since been undergoing immunotherapy treatments and is currently considered in remission, with scans showing no trace of cancer.
Taking to social media, Teddi recently celebrated a special day. It was her 45th birthday on July 1. The birthday girl shared a childhood photo of herself with a horse.
In the caption, Teddi reflected on her health journey as of late. She wrote, “Happy Birthday to me! I made it until 45 but not without the help of my friends, family, surgeons, doctors, nurses and all the support from you here.”
The Star Celebrated With A Song From The Lumineers In Another Post
Teddi Mellencamp also took time to reassure fans that she appreciated all the words of support she had received. She shared:
- I apologize in advance to anyone who texts, calls or messages that I don’t respond to. I am so grateful to all of you and dare I say, praying this is best year yet. (Yes, this was me not Slate).
This wasn’t the only share Teddi had for her fans. Taking to her Instagram Stories, she also shared a photo collage with a “Happy Birthday” wish, looking back at “the good, bad, fun, and the sad.” The post was set to The Lumineers’ song, “BIRTHDAY.”
Teddi Shared A Compare & Contrast From Last Year
On June 30, Teddi also shared another update of sorts for fans on her Instagram Stories. She shared a photo of her shaved head with a brain surgery scar from last year.
This was followed by a more recent photo, in which she could be seen rocking a blonde pixie cut. Teddi added, “So for anyone who is curious. This is after one year of regrowth after losing it all during radiation.”
A few notable names wished Teddi well. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Angie Katsanevas wrote, “Happy Birthday Teddi. Wishing you health and happiness always.” She later added, “Darling pic.” As fans know, Teddi co-hosts The Two Ts In A Pod podcast alongside Tamra Judge. The podcast’s official page shared, “Happy birthday to our T!”
Taking to the comments, fans also shared more words of support for Teddi. Many also made sure to wish her a happy 45th. Some comments included:

- “Welcome to 45, you’re going to love it!! It comes with a side of appointments, scans, pokes, treatment and emotional moments, but as a 45 year old stage 4 melanoma-er, I can say the joy, love, appreciation, smiles, fun and not giving a sh*t shine bright like a diamond.”
