.Two former RHOBH cast members are being eyed for Season 16, but could big money prevent one fan favorite from being in the running? The last few seasons have not landed the way that Bravo had hoped. Season 16 On The Horizon
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has struggled over the last two seasons. Ratings may not have always reflected it given the various ways to watch the Bravo series, but fans have been very vocal. They are tired of RHOBH OG Kyle Richards and how she calls out her co-stars yet remains tight-lipped on her personal life. Moreover, Dorit Kemsley was great when she first got a voice in Season 14, but the screaming and anger have gotten excessive. Finally, it is not even entertaining but rather background noise.
After the season ended, fans panned it as one of the worst yet:
- It was one of the worst seasons. Probably the worst
- Absolutely the worst. Even the season with Diana was better
- This season was so bad. I don’t think we need another season. The reunions were awful. Nothing was ever said except for all the bad mouthing between Kyle and DoritI just think the story is over.
That being said, it looks like Bravo is attempting to revive the franchise by looking backward so they can move ahead. Two names that have allegedly come up are Lisa Rinna and Garcelle Beauvais. Rinna exited and stated that she would never come back. However, she is “asking for significantly more money than the network is willing to pay.” Despite the network bringing her up, they likely won’t budge on that.
Then, there is Garcelle Beauvais, who exited the RHOBH Season 14 reunion and never came back. She is now being talked about to stir things up again, as fans allegedly would like her on the show again. When she left, she claimed she looked around and saw she had no friends, which is the crux of the show. Maybe that has changed.
Who Will Be Back?
As of now, no official word from Bravo has come out regarding the RHOBH Season 16 cast. However, it is rumored that Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, Rachel Zoe, and Amanda Frances will be back. Amanda did not want to return until Rihanna demanded that she do a second season. At the same time, she is doing a tour promoting her business, so some believe that means she has opted to back down.
The show could follow her, which would be great for her monetarily. Plus, she could bring the women with her on her journey, which could be fun to watch. When it comes to Erika Jayne and Bozoma Saint John, that is allegedly up in the air.
