Milania Giudice has had a rough summer after being charged with simple assault. Now, she’s opening up about it little by little and even shared a TikTok alongside her sister. Keep reading for all the details following her charge.
Milania Giudice Charged With Assault
Earlier this summer, Milania Giudice was charged with assault after she reportedly lashed out at family and had to have the cops called on her by one of her sisters. Apparently, she was “throwing food and candles” and was reported to be acting “erratically.”
As previously reported, “There was an explosive fight in the house where things escalated. There was so much going on that her sister ended up pulling the trigger to call the cops on her. It was out of fear for people’s safety and for the fact that Milania was going at multiple people.”
Since the arrest, the University of Tampa student has seemingly been taking things pretty seriously. In fact, she lawyered up with one of the top lawyers in New Jersey, Alan Kraminsky. Alan has handled very high-profile cases in the state, so clearly Milania is ready to pull out all the stops.
Bonding With Her Sister Online
Following her arrest, Milania has been quiet about it online, posting but not talking about what happened. Now, though, she’s opening up quite a bit on TikTok Reality Tea reports. She recently appeared on the social media app alongside her sister, Gabriella. This is the same sister that was reported to call the cops on Milania. So, it seems the sisters have been able to move on, and no one is holding any grudges. In fact, Milania compliments her sister continuously in the video, talking about her appearance and her efforts in the gym.
However, that’s not all she’s talking about online. She is also talking about her mugshot and her arrest in general. Apparently, the mugshot online isn’t real.
“But that ‘mugshot’ of me, if you guys really believe that. That’s AI,” Milania says. “I ate down in my mugshot. I mean, nothing to be proud of.”

She goes on to talk about her arrest. She says she was not at a good point in her life, which caused her to act out.
“It is what it is. You gotta learn from it. I just was not in a good area in my life. I’ve been through a lot in life, and some other stuff happened to me.”
It’s still unclear what exactly happened that night or if Milania will ever go into any more details.
