When The Real Housewives of Orange County premiered in 2006, no one thought it would become Bravo’s most popular franchise. The network went all out to celebrate twenty years of RHOC. One of their biggest moves was to bring back beloved Housewife Vicki Gunvalson, the OG of the OC. She left after 13 seasons when the show tried to demote her to a “friend of” role. She made several appearances in Seasons 17 and 18.
Vicki Gunvalson let cameras into parts of her life that most reality stars wouldn’t show. Cameras captured the heartbreaking moment that she found out her mother had died. The network gave in to fans and brought Vicki back for the franchise’s milestone season.
Teddi Mellencamp Slams Shannon Beador’s Antics On RHOC
Vicki Gunvalson, Shannon Beador and Tamra Judge used to be super close. They labeled their friendship the “Tres Amigas.” However, they had a falling out several years ago that put their friendship on ice. Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge reconnected, but Shannon Beador is taking it slow.
Tamra Judge is also best friends with former RHOBH star Teddi Mellencamp. The two host a podcast together. RHONJ‘s Dolores Catania recently joined Teddi Mellencamp to co-host Two Peas in a Pod. They discussed the Season 20 premiere of RHOC. Teddi Mellencamp immediately dissed Shannon Beador’s antics.
“Three minutes into the premiere and Shannon’s already starting her falling shtick,” she said, referring to Shannon Beador’s frequent falling. “Is that an act? Vicki falls all the time too,” Dolores said. She’s right. Vicki Gunvalson also falls over often.

However, Teddi Mellencamp described Vicki as “naturally clumsy.” But she thinks Shannon Beador’s falls are an act. I think Shannon does it to be funny,” Teddi said.
