Anthony Edwards To Pay Over $3,000 In Monthly Child Support
According to TMZ, a Georgia judge has settled the child support dispute between Anthony Edwards and Howard regarding their 1-year-old. The Minnesota Timberwolves player will have to pay Ayesha $3,222 monthly for Aubri. This amount appeared to rely on income information from both parents. His income was reportedly listed as over $200 million, while Ayesha’s was listed as zero. Additionally, Howard was allegedly a no-show at trial and failed to present evidence to the court in support of her claims.
Anthony Has Been Paying Ayesha Since 2025
While going through the legal channels, Ayesha Howard was reportedly already receiving child support for Aubri. TMZ reports that Anthony Edwards began cutting checks in January 2025. He reportedly paid his ex-boo $20,000, then paid another $5,000 through the date of their trial. So far, per TMZ, he’s paid Howard $110,000 in child support. Neither parent has addressed the recent child support ruling.
More Details From The Child Support Case
As previously reported, this child support case has been going on since the fall of 2024. That December, a court-ordered DNA test proved that Anthony Edwards was the father of Ayesha Howard’s daughter. A few months later, in February 2025, court documents stated that Edwards had denied custody or visitation rights. Instead, the pro-baller appeared to be only interested in settling financial support for the then-infant. At one point, each parent was tussling in court over which state their case should be reviewed in. Ayesha filed in California, while Anthony filed in Georgia — where the case concluded. Last year, Ayesha twice denied social media rumors that Anthony Edwards had paid her a $1 million lump-sum child support payment.
