Kim Kardashian Flamed For Her Parenting
Kim Kardashian has been getting a lot of heat lately. Whether it’s for her parenting or the timing of what she posts on social media, the haters always have something to say. Recently, she got a lot of backlash for allowing her daughter, North West, to get piercings on her hands. The story got so big, in fact, the co-hosts of The View even ended up talking about it. Of course, they are supportive of Kim and however she wants to parent.
“If she and her kid decided that’s okay, why do you care?” Whoopi Goldberg states. “Leave this child alone. What’s your children doing?”
Everyone else agrees. Even Alyssa Farah Griffin joined in, talking about her behavior when she was North’s age.
“I did my second [ear piercing] when I was, like, 14 years old at a friend’s house,” she reveals. “It got slightly infected, then we fixed it, but to this day I still have them.”
Kim has always stood strong in that she wants her children to be able to express themselves however they see fit. While this has seemingly only applied to North so far, now, her son, Saint, is making a statement of his own.
Following In His Sister’s Footsteps
It seems that Saint must really look up to his big sister. In a recent post celebrating a day at the lake, Kim shared several family photos on her social media. One of which showed a new picture of her oldest son, Saint. Saint is 10 years old, and Kim shares him with Kanye West.
In the picture, Saint is standing next to his mom. His tight curls are long and a shade of electric blue. Anyone who follows Kim and North knows that North West also has blue hair right now. It seems Saint must look up to his big sister.
Of course, he’s all smiles as Kim holds her son’s arm.
Saint has never been one to stray away from fun hair. Despite his young age, he’s previously been platinum blonde. He also went a shade of neon pink once.
It really seems as though Kim has created a household in which her kids can make decisions about what they would like to look like. Seeing that both their parents are creatives, it makes sense that they would have the same tendencies.
