Toronto-based smartphone accessory maker Dbrand rolled out several accessories for Google’s newly announced Pixel 11 series.
But more than just offering cases and skins, this time around, Dbrand is selling directly on the Google Store as well. In an email to MobileSyrup, Dbrand confirmed it participated in the search giant’s ‘Made for Google’ program, giving it a head start on accessory development and access to the company’s online storefront.
At the time of writing, Dbrand’s Prism screen protectors and Grip cases were listed on the Google Store. For Canadians, this might actually be the better way to buy some Dbrand accessories, given it prices everything in USD — some of the accessories, like the Grip case, are slightly cheaper bought from Google rather than converting USD to CAD on the Dbrand website.
Unfortunately, not all of Dbrand’s accessories were listed on the Google Store. If you want one of the company’s clear Ghost cases, the Tank case, or any of the signature skins, you’ll need to head to Dbrand’s website.
Still, it’s a notable partnership that furthers Dbrand’s reach. It’s also not the first time Dbrand has expanded its offerings beyond its own store. Last year, it started selling products through Best Buy, though only in the U.S.
Anyway, you can check out all of Dbrand’s Pixel 11 products here:
