Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026 has confirmed Sabre as the official ATM Travel Tech Strategic Partner, reinforcing its focus on technology and innovation, with artificial intelligence (AI), data, and digital transformation among the key themes shaping the conference program.
The announcement comes as travel businesses increasingly focus on AI applications that improve operational efficiency, strengthen resilience and deliver more connected traveller experiences.
According to Sabre, the industry is moving beyond AI that recommends, to agentic AI that acts and is capable of managing increasingly complex traveller journeys in real time.
Taking place from Sept. 14 to Sept. 17, 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre, ATM 2026 will explore these developments under the theme Travel 2040: Driving New Frontiers Through Innovation and Technology, with ATM Travel Tech bringing together leading technology providers, innovators and travel businesses to examine the technologies influencing the future of global tourism.

Sabre believes this marks a broader shift from using AI to provide better answers to using it to deliver better outcomes for travellers. Demonstrating this momentum, Sabre doubled its active pilot and production partners using its Agentic APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server from 30 in the first quarter to over 60 in the second quarter. Sabre’s MCP server functions as a secure translation layer, bridging the gap between third-party AI agents and complex travel systems, enabling autonomous search, booking, and servicing against live enterprise inventory.
Supported by predictive intelligence and large-scale travel data, Sabre’s AI-native capabilities are also helping airlines, hotels and travel sellers improve operational efficiency while enhancing the traveller experience. Sabre’s technology currently processes more than 11 billion shopping requests each month and approximately 14,000 transactions every second, drawing on more than 50 petabytes of travel data to help travel providers anticipate market changes, respond more effectively to changing demand and create more personalized travel experiences.
These developments will be explored throughout ATM Travel Tech, which debuts this year as a dedicated co-located event. Bringing together more than 180 exhibitors from around the world, the event will showcase innovations across artificial intelligence, robotics, immersive technologies, fintech and smart mobility, reflecting technology’s growing influence across every part of the travel ecosystem.
