In the picture, Kylie had numbing cream and plastic wrap over her entire face. She was getting microneedling done. So, they had to numb her beforehand so it didn’t hurt as bad. However, fans were shocked when they first saw it.

This procedure is to let her skin stay smooth and youthful. Fans just love that she is open to telling people the things she does cosmetically.
