Ami Brown Announces 11th Grandbaby
In 2014, viewers met the Brown family on Alaskan Bush People as they attempted to live off-grid in Hoonah, Alaska. The family consisted of parents Billy and Ami, and their children, Matt, Joshua “Bam Bam,” Bear, Gabe, Noah, Snowbird (Bird), and Rain. Their spouses also appeared on the series as time went on, and it got down to the nitty-gritty of being an isolated but strong-willed family. Sadly, Billy passed away in 2021, and Ami just showed off a new partner. Additionally, Noah and Bear have split from their wives, and there are a total of ten Brown grandchildren.
Now, Ami has announced that she is anticipating the arrival of her eleventh grandbaby. Her daughter, Rain, is welcoming her first child with her husband, Josiah Lorton. The couple tied the knot in 2025 and even got arrested together. However, that seems to have been put in the past as they shared they had a big announcement coming. Then, Ami posted a sonogram and wrote this:
- My baby girl, Rain, is having a baby!!!Grandbaby Number Eleven, Coming Soon!
It was dated for February 3rd, and at the time, she was eleven weeks and two days along. Immediately, Alaskan Bush People fans were thrilled for Ami Brown and the growing family. They loved hearing good news after all of the splits and Billy Brown’s passing.
