The actress has accused producer Jamey Heath of refusing to release the full version of a “nude” home-birth video he allegedly showed her without consent.

Lively previously described the footage as pornography, and her lawyers now say Heath’s continued defiance is obstructing justice.

What began as a workplace misconduct case has now spiraled into one of Hollywood’s most controversial behind-the-scenes showdowns.

Blake Lively has filed a new motion against Jamey Heath, claiming he’s defying a court order to release the complete version of a video he once showed her on set, a clip she described as “pornography.”

The “Gossip Girl” star says the footage, featuring Heath’s naked wife giving birth, was played for her and an assistant under the pretense of showing “inspiration” for a birthing scene in the film.

According to her court filing, Heath was ordered to produce the full video by September 2 but has only handed over a short three-minute version.

Lively’s team argues that the missing footage is critical to her sexual harassment case, which accuses the producer and director Justin Baldoni of inappropriate behavior during production.

Her lawyers claim Heath “put this video at issue” when he played it in the workplace and insist that withholding the rest of it has prevented Lively from questioning him thoroughly about what was shown.

Lively Says She Was ‘Stunned’ By Video Shown Without Consent

In her lawsuit, Blake Lively recalled being shocked when Heath allegedly played the home-birth video showing his wife “fully nude” with her legs spread apart.

Thinking she was being shown pornography, the actress immediately stopped the playback and asked if the producer’s wife knew about it.

Heath allegedly replied, “She isn’t weird about this stuff,” a comment that left Lively even more uncomfortable.

The 38-year-old said she and her assistant “excused themselves, stunned that Mr. Heath had shown them a nude video.”

The movie star claims she was blindsided and embarrassed, calling the experience one of the most uncomfortable moments of her career.

Her legal team argues that the act crossed all professional boundaries and created a toxic on-set environment.

They now want the full version of the video to prove what was actually shown that day, a key piece of evidence in a case that continues to escalate.

Heath and Baldoni have both denied Lively’s version of events. In earlier filings, they called her allegations “knowingly false” and “malicious.”

Heath insists the footage was not sexual or inappropriate but rather a “beautiful” video meant to capture the emotion of childbirth.

His team claims Lively saw only the opening image of him, his wife, and their newborn immediately after the birth.

“To characterize this image that captures such a beautiful moment with their newborn baby, shared with the consent of his wife for the purposes of the film, as a naked photo, or worse, ‘porn,’ is deplorable,” the producer’s response stated.

According to their version, the footage was part of the director’s vision for the film’s final scene, not a personal invasion or an act of harassment.

Still, Blake Lively maintains the experience was deeply inappropriate and distressing.

While Blake Lively’s case moves forward, Justin Baldoni’s attempts to fight back have collapsed.

The director filed a defamation lawsuit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and her publicist Leslie Sloane, claiming they spread false information.

He also filed a $400 million lawsuit against The New York Times for reporting on the allegations.

However, on Monday, The Blast reported that court documents showed that all of Baldoni’s counterclaims had been dismissed.

Judge Lewis Liman reportedly entered a final judgment on October 31, officially ending the director’s lawsuits.

Baldoni missed the deadline to amend his filings, leaving only Lively’s harassment case standing.

The dismissal marked a major victory for the actress’s legal team, who now plan to focus on forcing Heath to produce the missing footage.

The off-screen controversy surrounding “It Ends With Us” has now overshadowed its box office success.

The romantic drama, which earned over $350 million worldwide, has become synonymous with the bitter legal feud between its stars.

The film, based on Colleen Hoover’s best-selling novel, told the story of Lily Bloom, a woman caught in a toxic relationship.

Ironically, the story’s emotional themes have played out in real life as Lively’s lawsuit exposes power struggles behind the scenes.

The case has also cast a shadow over Wayfarer Studios, the company co-founded by Baldoni and Heath.

What was once hailed as a career-defining collaboration has devolved into an ugly fight over boundaries, respect, and control.
