Court documents obtained by The Daily Mail detail the exchange, though Baldoni later admitted Lively never actually asked about his circumcision status. The filing goes even further, stating that Baldoni and the co-defendants are trying to “shield themselves from trial, and deny Blake Lively her day in court, by throwing the kitchen sink at Lively’s sexual harassment and retaliation claims.”

“But Defendants’ scattershot theories collapse under the weight of the overwhelming evidence,” her legal team concluded.

With a trial currently scheduled for March of next year, the confrontation between the former co-stars appears poised to escalate even further.
