Blake Lively is at the center of controversy surrounding “It Ends With Us,” after court depositions revealed a senior production executive allegedly called her a “terrorist” over a list of on-set demands.

The actress has accused director and co-star Justin Baldoni of inappropriate behavior and creating a hostile work environment, claims he denies.

As the case heads toward trial, Blake Lively has added high-profile attorney Sigrid McCawley to her legal team, a move that has raised eyebrows.

A senior production executive on “It Ends With Us” allegedly used explosive language to describe Blake Lively amid mounting tension behind the scenes of the film.

According to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Andrea Giannetti, an executive vice president of production at Columbia Pictures, referred to Lively as a “f-cking terrorist” in a private exchange, reacting to a detailed list of conditions the actress presented before agreeing to return to set in November 2023.

In sworn testimony, Giannetti reportedly described the production as a “sh-t show,” and said Lively viewed director and co-star Justin Baldoni as “unprepared, indecisive, inexperienced,” and overly sensitive to criticism, noting that Lively often felt she had to reassure him emotionally after giving feedback as he “wouldn’t take it well.”

The comments appear in depositions released ahead of a pivotal New York court hearing, where Baldoni is seeking dismissal of Lively’s sexual harassment and defamation claims.

The case is slated for trial in May, while Baldoni’s separate $400 million defamation suit against Lively has already been dismissed.

Lively’s 17-point list of demands followed her allegations that Baldoni made inappropriate comments on set and created an uncomfortable working environment.

She claimed he shared disturbing personal admissions about past sexual encounters and crossed physical boundaries, including allegedly grabbing her assistant’s arm and insisting the moment remain private.

Among her requests was a ban on spontaneous improvisation involving “any scenes involving physical touching, simulated sex, or nudity.”

Baldoni and producer Jamey Heath have said they agreed to the demands under pressure, fearing the project would collapse otherwise.

Lively detailed concerns about specific scenes in “It Ends With Us,” including a birth sequence she described as “violative and humiliating.”

According to the actress, she had just “a small, thin and flat piece of black fabric” to cover her privates during hours of filming.

Lively said she attempted to redirect the scene to dialogue rather than physical closeness to avoid prolonging the moment.

In another instance, the mother of four claimed Baldoni bit and sucked her lip without consent.

Additional depositions painted a broader picture of discomfort among female cast members.

Isabela Ferrer, who played a younger version of Lively’s character, said Baldoni made comments she found inappropriate after filming an intimate scene, including remarking that it was “hot.”

She also claimed Baldoni encouraged her male co-star to get to know her better in a way she felt crossed professional boundaries.

Ferrer raised concerns about “graphic on-screen representation” depicting a teenage character in sexual situations, calling them exploitative and alarming, and later described Baldoni as the “best con artist I have ever witnessed,” alleging he skillfully reframed himself as a victim while others felt bullied.

She added that she hoped he would take moral responsibility for the treatment the female cast members endured during the film’s promotion.

Meanwhile, as the case moves closer to trial, Lively has strengthened her legal team by adding high-profile attorney Sigrid McCawley.

According to People Magazine, McCawley, widely known for representing victims of Jeffrey Epstein, will focus on managing public and media communications tied to the lawsuit.

Calling the role an honor, McCawley said the case centers on a “woman who was subjected to a hostile work environment and is being attacked for standing up to protect herself and other female co-workers.”

Lively continues to be represented by lead attorneys Mike Gottlieb and Esra Hudson, who have navigated months of heated discovery disputes and legal wrangling in New York’s Southern District.

In a joint statement, Gottlieb and Hudson praised McCawley’s addition, citing her track record of “speaking truth to power” and expressing confidence that her experience will be a major asset as the case moves forward.
