Brad Pitt and girlfriend Ines de Ramon are planning another quiet, intimate Thanksgiving, their first since the death of the actor’s mother.

The couple, who recently moved in fully together, keep their relationship mostly private but remain strong and “in love,” with de Ramon joining Pitt on his “F1” press tour.

Meanwhile, Brad Pitt continues a tense legal battle with his ex-wife, Angelina Jolie, over their French winery, Château Miraval, as he seeks $35 million in damages.

According to People Magazine, a source close to the actor revealed that the couple kept things simple and intimate last year with good food and a relaxed atmosphere, and this year’s plans are shaping up the same way.

Another insider who knows de Ramon says the pair prefers “keeping things low-key and creating intimate traditions, adding that “they will be celebrating with a small group.”

This holiday season carries extra emotional weight for Pitt, as it’s his first since the passing of his mother, Jane Pitt, who died in August at age 84.

Following the passing of Pitt’s mother, a source described her loss as “heartbreaking” for him, while noting that the “F1” actor has been especially grateful for de Ramon’s steady support during a difficult period.

Despite keeping their relationship largely private, the couple has quietly been building a life together after moving into a new home earlier this year.

They have also made a few rare public appearances, most recently at George Clooney’s “Jay Kelly” premiere in Los Angeles, where an attendee described them as “joined at the hip.”

Pitt and de Ramon reportedly looked “loved up” at the event as they mingled with Clooney and later chatted with Bono.

While they like stepping out for major events as a couple, insiders say Pitt and de Ramon’s real comfort is simply being at home.

Meanwhile, Pitt, who shares Maddox, 24, Pax, 22, Zahara, 20, Shiloh, 19, and 17-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne with ex-wife Angelina Jolie, continues to navigate a tense legal battle with the actress over the French winery, Château Miraval.

According to recently filed court documents, the “Fight Club” actor is seeking $35 million in damages, accusing Jolie of improperly selling her stake in the estate in 2021.

Included in the filings are email exchanges between the exes’ legal teams, with Jolie’s lawyers arguing that any burden Pitt faces in producing documents is “of his own creation,” since he initiated the damages claim.

Another email from October 2023 notes that Pitt is also seeking “ongoing damages for alleged harm to Miraval’s ongoing operations.”

Jolie’s team further referenced Pitt’s alleged refusal to hand over communications tied to his request for a four-year NDA covering “personal misconduct,” calling those documents essential to their case.

Pitt initially launched the Miraval legal battle in 2022, accusing Jolie of illegally selling her shares to Tenute del Mondo, part of the Stoli Group, despite what he says was a mutual agreement requiring both parties’ approval before any sale.

The “Maleficent” actress has denied that such an agreement existed and fired back with a countersuit, alleging Pitt has been “waging a vindictive war” against her through the courts.

Jolie’s filings further claim Pitt refused to buy out her stake unless she agreed to a sweeping NDA, one she argues was “designed to force her silence about his abuse and cover-up,” tied to a 2016 private jet incident, where Pitt was accused of verbal and physical misconduct toward her and their children.

Authorities ultimately did not bring charges, and Jolie did not pursue criminal action at the time.
