Elijah Blue Allman is the son of music icon Cher and is known for his own career in music. Recently, however, Elijah reportedly got into legal trouble in New Hampshire, allegedly disturbing a private school. This comes out following Cher’s previous attempts to file for a temporary conservatorship over her son’s estate a few years prior.
Elijah, The Son Of Cher & Gregg Allman, Is Known For Leading The Band, Deadsy
Elijah is the son of singer and actress Cher and singer-songwriter Gregg Allman. He is the half-brother of Chaz Bono, Delilah Allman, Michael Allman, Layla Allman, and Devon Allman.
As a musician himself, Elijah is known for leading the rock band, Deadsy. Other bands he’s been part of include The Dark Horses, Honeytribe, and The Allman Betts Band.
According to recent reports, Allman has been charged after allegedly disturbing an elite prep school in New Hampshire, St. Paul’s School in Concord. The Concord Police Department confirmed that he had been taken into custody on Friday, Feb. 27.
Reportedly, authorities responded to the school at around 6 PM local time in connection with a report of an unwanted guest. An individual, later identified as Allman, allegedly caused a disturbance in the school’s dining hall.
Back In June, Elijah Was Also Rushed To A Medical Facility In California
Allman was detained by police and was charged with two counts of simple assault. He was also charged with criminal trespassing, criminal threatening and disorderly conduct.
After being processed at the Merrimack County Jail, Allman was released on personal recognizance bail. Through this agreement, he doesn’t have to pay any bail and promises to appear at future court dates.

Speaking with local news outlet WMUR, officials confirmed that Allman had no prior connection to the school. It was also said that the investigation was still ongoing.
As noted by People, this takes place after Allman was rushed to a California medical facility in June. At the time, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department shared that he had been “acting erratically” at the time.
Allman was released from the facility a few days afterward. Authorities shared that they had found “drugs inside the home” where Allman was found.
At the time, a source told the outlet that Cher was focusing on helping her son heal. Prior to the incident, the singer had filed for a temporary conservatorship over Elijah’s estate in late 2023. This was reportedly due to her son’s alleged substance abuse and declining mental health. The mother and son eventually settled on a private agreement. Cher then voluntarily dismissed her petition in 2024.
