Collin Gosselin is not close to his mother, Kate Gosselin. This comes after they filmed the show Kate Plus 8 years ago. Kate claims that Collin was bad and did not behave well. So, she had to send him somewhere to get help. However, after this all ended, Collin moved in with his father, Jon. When he became old enough to speak out, he did. He let the world know that Kate had abused him during his childhood. He says that she would put her hands on him and say belittling things, and much more. This has been shocking for fans to find out.
He Says Show Protected Kate Of Horrible Things
Collin Gosselin is now claiming that the show protected Kate and her image.
“Late nights like this I often think about how so many people are still upset that show they watched for years portrayed a false narrative, while hiding so many dark secrets. Many people on social media have come to say some very horrible things about me. No matter how many hurtful things you say to me, I will never stop advocating for scapegoated children and abused children. NEVER. EVER. I remember when my mom would send my siblings off to school every day and then put her hands on me and drive scarring words into my head.”
Wow. This does not sound good. However, Kate has never come out and spoken out about these claims. She recently got active on social media again, and viewers have been enjoying her life updates. A lot of her children still talk to her.
It seems as though Collin claims that the show would do things that made Kate look good. He claims that she would send her other children off to school and then abuse Collin while they were gone. Fans are shocked to hear about all of these things. Fans did not know a lot of this while watching the show or even for a while after. However, Collin claims the show did this on purpose.
