Sean “Diddy” Combs has removed his Beverly Hills mansion from the market amid ongoing legal troubles as he serves a 50-month sentence at FCI Fort Dix.

The rapper, who recently filed an appeal arguing that his punishment is excessive and that the judge overstepped the jury’s verdict, has been struggling to find a buyer for the “freak off” mansion.

While incarcerated, Sean “Diddy” Combs marked the holidays with standard prison meals and activities, after previously sharing Thanksgiving food with fellow inmates.

Diddy has quietly pulled his Beverly Hills estate off the market more than a year after first listing the property, amid his ongoing legal troubles.

Property records obtained by Realtor.com show the mansion was delisted on December 24, ending a months-long attempt to sell the home, which had been priced at $61.5 million.

The decision comes roughly two months after Diddy was sentenced to four years in federal prison for transporting individuals for prostitution. No official reason has been given for removing the listing.

The 10-bedroom, 13-bathroom mansion, purchased by the disgraced music mogul for $39 million in 2014, became widely known in March 2024 when Homeland Security agents raided it as part of a sex trafficking investigation. His Miami property was also searched during the probe.

The Beverly Hills home was originally listed in September 2024 with celebrity real estate agent Kurt Rappaport just days before Diddy was arrested in New York on multiple federal charges.

Meanwhile, Diddy has filed an appeal challenging his 50-month prison sentence, arguing that the punishment far exceeds what is typical for the offenses.

In an 84-page filing, his attorney, Alexandra A.E. Shapiro, demanded for his “immediate release” as she accused Judge Aran Subramanian of overstepping his role by effectively acting as “the thirteenth juror” in the case.

The filing alleges that the judge went beyond the jury’s findings by concluding that Diddy “coerced” and “exploited” his partners and orchestrated a broader criminal scheme, determinations the defense says were never supported by the verdict.

The appeal notes that defendants convicted of comparable offenses typically “get sentenced to less than 15 months for these offenses — even when coercion, which the jury didn’t find here, is involved.”

Diddy was convicted in July on two counts related to transporting individuals for prostitution but was acquitted of the more serious racketeering and sex-trafficking charges that carried steeper penalties.

During sentencing, Judge Subramanian cited Diddy’s past violence, including a 2016 assault involving his former partner Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, as a significant factor.

Addressing the “Bad Boy rapper” directly, the judge stated, “The same power you used to hurt women, you can use to help them.”

He further urged Diddy to take responsibility during what he described as a second chance.

However, with his appeal still pending, Diddy remains incarcerated at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, where he is expected to stay until his projected release in May 2028.

As the calendar turns, Diddy will usher in the new year from prison with meals that are far from glamorous but carefully planned.

On New Year’s Eve, lunch will consist of either a hamburger topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, or a vegetarian black bean burger, served with fries or a baked potato. Dinner that night includes pasta with marinara sauce and meatballs, alongside a garden salad and garlic bread.

New Year’s Day begins with baked fish, grilled beef, or tofu lo mein, paired with sides such as steamed broccoli, kidney beans, or a baked potato. Dessert options include fruit or a seasonal holiday sweet.

Dinner will be even simpler, offering sandwiches filled with deli meat and cheese or a peanut butter and jelly option, accompanied by potato chips, whole wheat bread, fruit, and another dessert choice.

The New Year meal follows a more elaborate Thanksgiving spread at the facility, which featured turkey roast, soy chicken, cornbread stuffing, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy, and whole wheat bread.

Diddy also purchased additional items from the commissary and shared them with fellow inmates, later explaining that the holiday was about making sure others had enough to eat.

“Everybody misses their family. People get depressed during the holidays. We just wanted to come together as a family and do our own thing,” he told TMZ.

During the festive period, inmates, including Diddy, were also able to take part in recreational activities such as sports tournaments, holiday concerts, card games, and other organized events within the prison.
