    Chasing 293, Australia never found momentum as India’s bowlers came out with intent. Renuka Singh Thakur drew first blood, followed by Kranti Goud who removed skipper Alyssa Healy cheaply to leave the Aussies tottering at 12/2. Ellyse Perry (44) and Beth Mooney (27) attempted to revive the innings with a 50-run stand, but Radha Yadav’s sharp caught-and-bowled dismissal of Perry shifted momentum decisively. Soon after, Sneh Rana accounted for Mooney, tightening the screws further.

    Annabel Sutherland’s fighting 45 off 42 balls briefly raised hopes for Australia, but a stunning catch from Harmanpreet Kaur cut her stay short. With the lower order exposed, Deepti (2 wickets) and Goud (3 wickets) dismantled the tail to seal a famous win. Australia folded for 190, falling short by 102 runs, their biggest-ever ODI defeat. India’s bowlers maintained relentless pressure, backed by sharp fielding and smart captaincy.
