The Indianapolis Colts and the Atlanta Falcons started NFL Week 10 in memorable style with a game that went to overtime at the Olympiastadion in Berlin.

Among the early encounters on Sunday, the Chicago Bears were aiming to stay in contention in the NFC North against the New York Giants, while the New England Patriots wanted to prolong their winning run against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

There was also a presidential presence among the fans as the Detroit Lions faced the Washington Commanders.

Catch up with the scores, results and highlights from Week 10 in the NFL as 101GreatGoals.com looks back on the action.

Colts vs Falcons: Taylor decides NFL Berlin game

Jonathan Taylor completed 244 yards and scored his third touchdown of the contest in overtime as the Indianapolis Colts (8-2) won the first regular-season NFL game in the German capital 31-25.

Colts kicker Michael Badgley tied the score via a 44-yard field goal with 25 seconds left, responding after Tyler Allgeier’s second touchdown gave the Falcons (3-6) a 25-22 lead with 1:44 remaining.

Taylor’s second touchdown was the 66th of his career, breaking Hall of Famer Edgerrin James’ franchise record.

“You just think about the guys who we’ve had in this organization beforehand,” said the running back. “To be named among those legends means a lot.

“I don’t take it for granted, but I also understand how those guys got there and how I got there. It’s the guys around you.”

Ravens vs Vikings: Baltimore on a roll

The Baltimore Ravens (4-5) earned a third straight win with a 27-19 victory over the Minnesota Vikings (4-5), Lamar Jackson completing 17 of 29 passes for 176 yards and a touchdown.

JJ McCarthy completed 20 of 42 passes for 248 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions for Minnesota (4-5), who led 7-3 after the first quarter but scored nine points to their opponents’ 18 in the second half.

“We’re starting to hit our stride,” said Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton said. “It’s not a surprise to us. We’re playing to our potential now, and that has to be sustained.

“We have to work on our celebrations if we’re going to say that we got our swagger back. Some of our celebrations are bad, but at least we have stuff to celebrate now.”

Patriots vs Buccaneers: New England keep streak

The New England Patriots (8-2) have seven straight wins after two touchdowns by TreVeyon Henderson and two touchdown passes by Drake Maye contributed to a 28-23 win at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-3).

After finishing 4-13 in both 2023 and 2024, the Patriots have now matched their total number of wins across those seasons and are on their best run since 2021.

“Once the ball was in my hands, there was only one place to go,” wide receiver Kyle Williams told the Patriots Postgame show of his 72-yard touchdown during the first quarter.

“There was nothing but green grass. The whole group mentor us young guys. They keep pressing standards and setting an example.”

Bears vs Giants: Chicago earn second straight win

Caleb Williams’ two-yard touchdown pass to Rome Odunze and scramble during the fourth quarter gave the Chicago Bears (6-3) a late 24-20 win over the New York Giants (2-8), for whom quarterback Jaxson Dart exited that quarter with a concussion.

Younghoe Koo’s 19-yard field goal gave New York a 20-10 lead with 10:19 remaining, while CJ Gardner-Johnson had two sacks for Chicago.

Gardner-Johnson, who joined the Bears on October 29, said coach Ben Johnson had told him to “bring us home”.

“I feel like I had to do it,” Gardner-Johnson said after taking his tally to three sacks in two games and recording a team-high nine tackles. “It’s a blessing.”

Saints vs Panthers: New Orleans end drought

Rookie Tyler Shough threw for 282 yards and two touchdowns as the New Orleans Saints (2-8) ended a four-game losing run by beating the Carolina Panthers (5-5) for the quarterback’s first victory.

Shough supplied Chris Olave and Juwan Johnson for touchdowns, while Alvin Kamara ran for 83 yards for Carolina, who were beaten 17-7.

There was redemption for Saints receiver Chris Olave at the scene of his campaign-ending concussion last season, including his first 100-yard game of the season featuring career-long 62-yard touchdown.

“I had a lot of anxiety pre-game,” said Olave. “There’s a lot of stuff going on; my close people know what was going on. They just stuck by my side and I appreciate them for all of that.”

    Dolphins vs Bills: Achane ‘playmaker’

The Miami Dolphins (3-7) beat the Buffalo Bills (6-3) for the first time in their last eight attempts, winning 30-13 with the help of Tua Tagovailoa throwing for 173 yards and two fourth-quarter touchdowns by De’Von Achane, whose 225 total yards represented the second-highest total of his career.

Josh Allen completed 28 of of 40 passes for 306 yards with two touchdowns and one interception for Buffalo.

“You get the ball in his hands, and you know what he’s capable of doing,” quarterback Tua Tagovailoa said of Achane.

“It’s also in the pass game where he helps us thrive, as well. Having someone like that who can line up at running back, at slot or at receiver tells you a lot about the playmaker he is.”

Texans vs Jaguars: Houston in record-breaking comeback

Three fourth-quarter touchdowns by Davis Mills proved instrumental as the Houston Texans (4-5) recovered from being 19 points behind to beat the Jacksonville Jaguars (5-4) 36-29.

“The mentality of our team is just to attack every play with aggression and try to execute every play at a high level,” Mills said after the biggest fourth-quarter comeback in Texans franchise history.

“Today was just a great team win. As the game went on, our offense got better and better, and we were able to find a way to win.

“We were able to run the football really efficiently – especially in the last couple of drives, when we needed it. The whole team had faith the entire game that we were going to win.”

Jets vs Browns: New York win late

Kene Nwangwu touched down on a kickoff return during the first quarter and Isaiah Williams scored on a punt return as New York (2-7) won a second game in a row in their first outing after trading All-Pro cornerback Sauce Gardner and defensive tackle Quinnen William.

Will McDonald matched the Jets’ single-game record with four sacks as the Browns (2-7) suffered a second straight loss, having been tied 17-17 at the start of the fourth quarter before losing 27-20.

“I’m not really a big celebration guy,” said Breece Hall, whose 42-yard touchdown to start that quarter was the longest catch by a Jets running back since Hall’s 57-yard catch-and-run from Aaron Rodgers in Week 7 at Pittsburgh last season.

“So I was like ‘let me do a dive, a little like Dolphin dive and then get up and celebrate with guys’. It was good.”

    Seahawks vs Cardinals: Seattle ‘relentless’

Sam Darnold’s touchdown pass to Jaxon Smith-Njigba on first possession set the tone as the Seattle Seahawks (7-2) swept to a 38-7 half-time lead as part of a 44-22 win against the Arizona Cardinals (3-6) winning the fixture for a ninth straight time.

DeMarcus Lawrence’s two first-half touchdowns made the defensive end the sixth player since 1991 to post two defensive touchdowns during a half as his team won a fourth consecutive game.

“We’re going to enjoy the heck out of this win,” Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald told his players in his post-game speech, calling the performance “high-powered stuff”, “decisive” and “shocking”.

“In the second half, it got a little funky – then it was relentless, and we finished the thing off. That’s awesome. That’s a great job – that is how we win.”

    Rams vs 49ers: Stafford shines

Matthew Stafford set a Rams franchise record for the most touchdown passes across three games, contributing four as Los Angeles (7-2) enjoyed a 42-26 win over the 49ers (6-4).

Kyren Williams scored two touchdowns in a fourth straight win for the second-placed team in the NFC West, for whom Stafford has 20 touchdown passes and no interceptions in his last six games.

“I was having a good time,” reflected Stafford. “I just have fun out there. I lose my mind out there when we score touchdowns.”

Only Peyton Manning, Dan Marino, Tom Brady, Russell Wilson, Patrick Mahomes and Drew Brees have previously thrown for four touchdowns in three straight regular-season games.

Lions vs Commanders: Campbell ‘changes it up’

Jahmyr Gibbs opened the scoring as the Detroit Lions (6-3) scored the first 22 points in a 44-22 win over the Washington Commanders (3-7) in front of US president Donald Trump.

The head of state arrived shortly after Gibbs’s first of a display featuring three touchdown passes by Jared Goff, condemning the Commanders to five straight defeats.

Detroit head coach Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell called plays as his team recorded a season-high 546 yards of offense scored on all of their offensive possessions except the last.

“Coaches did a hell of a job, but I just wanted to change it up a little bit – just seeing if maybe a different play caller could get us a little rhythm, that’s all,” explained Campbell. “It honestly is nothing more than that.”
