Then, he returned and won a second time, walking away with $44,698 from the two episodes. However, he lost the third episode and was sent home. However, he was brought back for the Champions Wildcard tournament. Instead, he was beaten out after making it to the semi-finals. Fans liked watching him on the show. However, he has taken a shocking turn in life.

Joey DeSena was arrested on Monday, December 1. He was arrested for two felony “peeping” charges. Currituck County Sheriff’s Office in North Carolina issued a warrant for his arrest. Shockingly, Joey is accused of installing cameras in the victim’s bedroom and bathroom. Wow. He did this in October 2025. However, he was arrested and taken into custody. Joey was not given a bond. A probable cause hearing for his case will take place on Wednesday, December 10. This was shocking for a lot of people to hear. However, he is not being the best guy right now. People want him to get punished for doing this, as it is awful. Not much more information has been put out about this situation.
