During a recent episode of Jesse Watters Primetime, the namesake host discussed rumors in Iran. Since then, however, he’s inspired a few reactions on social media. In fact, some people even made comparisons to a famous cartoon.
Jesse Watters Primetime Discussed What American Special Forces May Need To Do In Iran
Watters is known for his work with a variety of Fox News programs. Many were introduced to him with The O’Reilly Factor, where he hosted his own “Watters’ World” segment.
In addition, Watters serves as a co-host on The Five, joining the show around 2017. In 2022, he also became the host of his own namesake series, Jesse Watters Primetime.
During a recent episode of his Primetime program, Watters discussed the rumor that Iran has enough uranium to create multiple nuclear bombs. During his March 11 show, Watters claimed that U.S. special forces may have to infiltrate a bunker in Pickaxe Mountain.
Found within the Zagros Mountains, this place is also known as “Kuh-e Kolang Gaz La.” This also comes out as Secretary of State Marco Rubio recently told Congress that “people are going to have to go and get it.”
Some Commenters Felt Watters’ Comments Brought To Mind Cartoons Or Comic Books
It is alleged that Iran could be holding around 400kg of highly enriched uranium in the mountain. It is also claimed that the country could have enough material to develop at least 10 nuclear warheads. However, nuclear proliferation expert Jeffrey Lewis has shared doubt that the U.S. could extract it, saying the move would be “tough.”
Following this claim, Watters commented about “evil scientists” within the mountain region. He continued, sharing that such figures were “working around the clock, cobbling back together a program that was obliterated during Operation Midnight Hammer.”

Watters noted, “We might not get what we got in Venezuela. But as long as Iran is completely disarmed, and can’t threaten America and the Strait with missiles, drones, and nukes, the president will take the win.”
As noted by The U.S. Sun, Watters’ comments brought to mind the villains from the cartoon series, Scooby-Doo. Since the program aired, various commenters have been sharing their reactions on social media. As one wrote, “Jesse thinks Iran is a bad guy in a Scooby-Doo movie!”
A few other commenters also shared the sentiment, comparing the story to a film plot. As one wrote, “Who is writing Watters’ stuff? Sounds like the plot for a bad Movie of the Week from the late 70s.” Another shared, “Is Iran’s [impenetrable] bunker next?”
