Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker have reached a settlement in their divorce four months after announcing it, according to several reports. Burruss and Tucker first announced their split in November 2025, making their divorce settlement one of the fastest in Bravo history.
The news of Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker’s divorce settlement has been reshared online, prompting a flood of responses from “Real Housewives of Atlanta” fans who are praising Burruss for seemingly handling business. Another reason for the responses could be Tucker’s previous claims about Burruss in his divorce filing updates from December 2025 and early 2026.
Kandi Burruss, Todd Tucker Reach Divorce Settlement After Announcing Split In November 2025
According to PEOPLE, Burruss and Tucker, who married in 2014, have reached a settlement in their divorce in the Superior Court of Fulton County. Judge Alice Benton ordered the couple to present a “final judgment, parenting plan, child support addendum, child support worksheet, etc.” for the court’s review by March 20.
The Blast first reported on Burruss and Tucker’s shocking split in November 2025. Shortly after BravoCon in Las Vegas, Nevada, Burruss shared that she reached the decision after much “thought and a lot of prayer.”
“I’m stepping into a new chapter pouring into my work, my family, and my own growth. I’m grateful to everyone who supported us throughout the years, and I ask for privacy, grace, and understanding as we navigate this transition with our family,” she explained.
Kandi Burruss And Tucker Traded Jabs During Their Divorce

Before settling their divorce, Burruss and Tucker slammed each other in public court filings.
According to a previous report from The Blast, Tucker accused Burruss of being an absent parent, claiming that her busy work schedule in New York kept her away from their shared home in Georgia.
In his filing, Tucker also requested sole legal custody of their two minor children, Ace and Blaze, and asked the court to nullify the former couple’s prenuptial agreement.
Burruss clapped back at the TV and film producer in court filings of her own, revealing that their children incur “significant monthly expenses,” and claimed Tucker has paid for none of them.
The Xscape singer also accused Tucker of failing to provide adequate support for the children, noting that he’s allegedly traveled out of the country on vacation more than once. “Tucker does not exercise parenting time with the minor children on a significant basis despite the façade of his two-to-three-minute social media videos chronicling his ‘Daddy Daycare’ on his social media platforms,” part of the filing read.
She also claimed that Tucker does not pay the mortgage on their Atlanta home or contribute to any of the family home’s expenses.

Will Burruss’s Divorce From Todd Be On The Next Season Of ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta’?

Burruss’s divorce from Tucker would make for a compelling “Real Housewives” storyline if the award-winning singer were still featured on the show.
Unfortunately for longtime Burruss fans, the mother of three departed the series in 2024, revealing her focus had shifted to other projects, including Broadway and more scripted work.
However, during a recent interview, Burruss stated that she’s still an avid “RHOA” viewer and actually hopes the show continues to succeed.
“I think it’s important to continue to support the franchise even though I’m not there because I was there for 14 seasons, and I want them to be successful,” she said. “I want ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ to continue on another 15 years.”
