Kate Gosselin’s Son Calls BS On Bodyguard Dating Timeline

The drama between Kate Gosselin and her son, Collin, continues with infidelity allegations!

The mother and son have been butting heads for years, with Collin recently accusing Kate of driving a wedge between him and his seven siblings. He also accused her of physical and emotional abuse, claiming she institutionalized him at the age of 12 for malicious reasons.

Kate Gosselin has denied all accusations of wrongdoing; however, Collin believes she cannot escape the infidelity allegations. The Gosselins rose to fame on “Jon & Kate Plus 8,” a reality TV show chronicling the lives of Kate and Jon Gosselin as parents of twins and sextuplets.

Collin dropped scathing allegations against his mother on his Instagram Stories, imploring the public not to be fooled by her blossoming new relationship. Although Kate confirmed she had been dating for over a year, she never revealed her boyfriend’s identity.

However, a source claimed she was in a serious romance with her former bodyguard, Steve Neild, whom Collin stressed was his mother’s years-long lover. He alleged Kate cheated on his father in 2009 with Neild and didn’t hide their relationship.

Collin accused her of sharing hotel rooms with Neild whenever they went on family vacations, while he was in a connected room. “Now everyone thinks her being with him is some cute novel romance,” he lamented, implying the public was being deceived by the alleged couple.

“I hope she doesn’t try to play this one off. Just come forward and be truthful,” Collin continued. He noted Kate didn’t deserve to be hailed for her new relationship when his father allegedly received death threats and was publicly shunned for having an affair.

Collin emphasized in a second post that he shouldn’t be mistaken for someone feeding off his family’s drama. He stated that he had more pressing priorities from school to work; however, he could not condone his mother’s affair.

“I feel very strongly on the matter of cheating and then blaming someone else for γour own actions,” Collin explained. He continued in a third post, stressing that he and Jon were not out to get Kate or “hung up” on her.

On the contrary, Collin claimed he and his father were survivors of Kate’s narcissism and had bonded over the tears they shed. He further slammed his mom for hopping on TikTok with her revamped image, noting he and Jon didn’t have the same luxury due to their trauma.

Collin called BS on Kate’s relationship timeline with Neild in his fourth post, recalling the time she allegedly made him sleep on the hotel cot to enjoy quality time with her then-bodyguard. He also alleged that while his mom was on “Kate Plus Date,” her home address was the same as Neild’s.

“You’ve BEEN with him. You told me I broke our family when you couldn’t stay true to my dad,” Collin raged. He claimed he wasn’t trying to “shame” Kate, but was pushing for accountability after her alleged actions hurt him and Jon.

“I’m done staying quiet,” Collin concluded. His words come a year after he accused Kate of physical and emotional abuse during an interview with the US Sun. He alleged his mother “zip-tied” and locked him in a basement as a child before she had him institutionalized.

The speculations about Kate’s ties to her former bodyguard began trending after a source claimed they had been dating for a long time. The Blast covered the story, reporting that the source alleged the former couple were living together and ready to take the next step.

“They have wedding plans, it’s that serious,” the source claimed, noting Kate was “crazy about” her romance with Neild. The former bodyguard started working for his rumored girlfriend in 2008 and stopped his security gig in 2019.

The timing of Neild’s exit as a bodyguard coincided with the same year he and Kate turned heads for a romantic sighting. They were photographed sharing an umbrella on a rainy day in New York City, rekindling rumors of their 2009 affair.

Kate returned to the spotlight by joining TikTok, using the platform to clear the air and address misconceptions about her life. The Blast shared that she refuted the allegations of stealing her children’s college funds following her divorce from Jon.
