Lip Critic have released “Jackpot,” the latest single from their third studio album, Theft World. The track revolves around a protagonist shaped by gambling ads in childhood, now a man at war with his own addiction. “‘Jackpot’ is a song about risking it all, and winning it all, betting the house, and ending up with two houses, then waking up with nothing at all,” the band say.
The video, directed by Colter Fellows, features vocalist Bret Kaser as a gambling man at a casino, relishing in his wins and feeling drawn to the slot machines.

Keeping on theme of the album, inspired by Kaser’s identity being stolen by a fan, Lip Critic announced Theft Saga, a handful of shows in NYC where they’ll perform inside a laundromat on March 21, a basement bar on March 26, and a boxing ring on April 9. Following those shows, the band will begin their headline tour across North America.
